Today, much to our surprise, our Network Operation Center ( NOC ) had some technical difficults that resulted in some downtime. As far as we can tell, the downtime was between 2 – 3 hours. The NOC has since corrected the issue and all servers are back on-line again.
We pride ourselves in being able to offer the best web hosting experience possible with little to NO downtime. Unfortunately, this situation was beyond our control.
We appologize for the problem and hope that it did not impact your sites to any great extent. If you have any additional problems or concerns, please feel free to contact our Support Department.
